The sole porpose of this rifle range would be for anyone with the desire to: 1- sight in his/her weapon prior to hunting season. 2- recreational porpose 3- any organized taget compotition; this place would also include taget practice for any type of archery. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

First you have to make sure your local laws allow it. If it is in the country, this usually isn’t a problem.

Second contact the NRA. They can tell you how to set up your range. Most police departments use NRA standards. http://www.nra.org
