Best places for any of the following: hunting (I’m not quite sure about the seasons in IL anyway), shooting ranges (bow or firearms,) backpacking, camping, rock climbing, something along those lines. some of these obviously won’t be offered in chicago (i bet) but if you do these things where’s the closest place to travel to? thanks so much.

honestly I’m sure you can do a quick search and come up with firing ranges in the city, as for everything else it will be worth the trip up to Wisconsin.
