During one year of age 6-11, there is nothing better than shooting a moving target. Although this would depend on if you think the child would be tempted shooting at other moving objects … It's really easy to configure! All you need is a bit of continuous wire, some kind of goal (I recommend a big one for a child, but you can use your imagination too!), and two bicycle wheels. Set the wheels up on their side in a stand so that you can rotate and place the cable where the tire would go. set the target for the cable, and ready to go! Just remember, you have to manually turn the wheels, so make sure you have something to protect. a mound of earth or some other kind of support would be better too, haha. Also make sure your child knows how to be responsible with it as well. You know the glowsticks that clip around the neck or wrist? clip in the circles and glue them onto the target, and you have a night of shooting opportunities impressive as well:)
