Pants Large

I wanted to see this film as I heard it was close to the book, though some changes, such as books that best suit inevitably go through the big screen. I also wanted to see it as favorite America Ferrera (Ugly Betty and ugly that it is not!). It is a story of friendship between four women of the 17 adorable as their summer vacation. Carmen (America Ferrara) writer Lena, Tibby (Amber Tamblyn) rebellious, shy and beautiful (Alexis Bledel), and wild unstoppable and Bridget (Blake Lively).
Put in a pair of jeans that fits them all (hence the name), and the "brotherhood" decide to use one after the other during their summer vacation and make a mention in any case of any note happens at the same time they have these "magic" pants.
Having never been separated from each other throughout their lives, pants immediately represent their anguish as they move into independent living for each other, for the first time, a kind of focal point to remember each other.
Bridget (Blake Lively) has a stronger role as she is a soccer star, going to a training camp for girls in Mexico or as Libby put "football field". But Bridget has lost her mother, and although his friends and additional activities have helped keep, has never come to grips with the loss of so monumental, and the film brings this evil episode as a harsh reminder that the gap is.
I found Lena was the kindest of the lot, her shyness and innocence (and apparently, it's really so shy in real life) make the adorable, charming and makes puppy dog eyes still Further, she is visiting her eccentric great Greek fathers Yaya and Papou Constadadou played magnificently by Maria and George Touliatos respectively. Bridget visit his father in a separate development, reaching shocking knowledge that is about to be married to another woman with her own children, the biggest change has to be for Tibby, while "his friends out of town in their little adventures" that is stuck in Walmall (Wal-Mart anyone?) trying to raise enough money for video equipment as she is an aspiring documentary filmmaker, is 12 years Old Bailey (played superbly by Jenna Boyd) who really steals every scene that is, is impressive that the presence of a child so small.
This is a nice family film, and see the world through their eyes when they are forced to confront some painful issues.
