paper archery targets

Hello, I just got a BB gun, wondering where you would use (the laws and such). I live in Arkansas. There is a range outdoor public next to a golf course nearby field – could I put a paper object in one of the archery targets and practice do not? Bows and crossbows, etc used are not lethal compared to my BB gun, so I'm assuming that there are no problems with the practice there. Any legal advice on this? Thank you. PS: Apart from my backyard … is too small, and I want to use the scope.
Put some aluminum cans in the backyard.
