Party Appetizer Ideas and recipes suitable for diabetics

Planning a party and looking for some appetizer ideas? Are you or some of your guests diabetes? Below is a list of ideas that are delicious snacks for all and are perfect for diabetics. If you serve any of these recipes, you do not have to worry about whether or not meeting the needs of diabetics.

For a good selection, we recommend the following menu of snacks. Of course, you have to adjust the number of people expected. You may only need one, then again, you may need them all.

Fiesta Meatballs

Meatballs: 1 lb. ground

1 / 2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 / 2 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 / garlic 2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Freshly ground pepper to taste black

Sauce: butter 1 / 4 cup

1 / 4 cup sour cream

1 / 4 cup sauce-1

1 / 4 tomato sauce

1tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

To make sauce, combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring frequently, until Splenda dissolves. Let simmer on low while the meatballs.

To make the meatballs in a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Join appetizer-size meatballs. Spray a skillet Place meatballs large non-stick cooking spray., in a single layer in heated skillet. Simmer over low heat until browned.

Mix the sauce with the meatballs and keep warm on a plate chafing or slow cooker.

BROCCOLI BITES

1 bag 16 oz frozen broccoli pieces

1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Slight 1 cup shredded cheese

2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing

4 eggs

1 / 2 cup chopped onion

1 cup butter, melted

1 / garlic 2 teaspoons salt

Thyme 1 / 4 teaspoon of

Thaw broccoli slightly then break into pieces. Beat butter, eggs, and stuffed with a wooden spoon. Add remaining ingredients. Form appetizer-size balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

BACON TOMATO Garbage

12-oz can refrigerated flaky biscuits

6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and flaked

1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

3 / 4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 / 2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

3 / salt 4 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

3 / 4 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide each biscuit into 3 layers. Irons Irrigation mini muffin lightly with cooking oil spray. The rounds of press cookies in tins. PARTY CHEESE BALL

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

4 oz package low fat shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package of pressed beef, cut into small pieces

1 / 2 small sweet onion, finely chopped

1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Mix cheddar in the softened cream cheese and work well with hands. When mixed add the Worcestershire sauce and chopped onion, mix with the cheese mixture. Form a ball and cover with meat beef and nuts. Chill before serving. Serve with party crackers.

A tray of celery sticks stuffed with peanut butter and some of them with pepper cheese.

Now you have a group of appetizers to please anyone, and plenty of options for diabetics who attend.
