For example, Wood Arrows although they are not very strong are good to use while in training whereas you might want something more durable for competitions. Aluminium arrows are often considered one of the better arrows as they are good all round so you might want to consider starting with them if you are unsure. They will also last you quite a while so you can get used to handling them for the first time.
