Versus traditional bow Cross Bow – Reasons for the ongoing debate
Hunters have the option of using the traditional bow or cross bow. But this has in a raging controversy. The traditional bow users have been screaming themselves hoarse that the cross bow hunting style is definitely more advantageous, and in an unfair degree. And the debate continues!
Some statistical research carried out around the two styles of game, and the results were amazing! According to figures from research –
(A) There was an approximate total of 155,000 hunters (the subscribers) present during bow hunting season.
(B) bow hunting style cross was delivered to participants at 70,000.
(C) vertical arcs were used by 55 000 registered hunters.
(D) Some hunters registered (30,000 of them) used the vertical arc, but practice style cross bow hunting as well.
(E) Of the hunters of the Third Age, while 4000 took the transverse arch, 1,000 vertical arc preferred. About 1,000 hunters use both. These citizens were given free licenses.
What means one of the statistics above?
Although registered 55,000 users took the traditional bow or the bow vertical, there were 30,000 participants between They also came to the use of the crossbow as well. This is a pretty big number.
Coming to the elderly, only about 1,000 members prefer combine the vertical bow and cross bow. Most of them were in the bow hunting for the style of a cross, leaving aside the traditional bow! Thus, even hunters elderly preferred cross bow!
Through all the research studies and statistics visible, it is clear that the results have been for cross bow users! Not surprisingly, these fans feel euphoric!
True style cross bow hunting is more advantageous in comparison with vertical bow hunting, but the benefit is really tiny, insignificant or almost.
Again, another survey was conducted in Ohio to prove the truth. But this time also, results favored cross bow users! According to statistics from the survey, while the traditional bow users reached a rate success of 21%, cross bow hunter was slightly over 23%. It was once again clear that there was only a marginal difference in the rates of hunting success with traditional bow and bow hunting style cross.
Ultimately, statistical research for a long period of time has shown conclusively the harvest is not dependent on traditional bow or bow hunting style cross – it depends on the person wielding the weapon. So traditionalists have no reason to contine with their points of view narrow-minded and insist on banning crossbows during the hunting season.
