Sunflower Wheat Bread integer (the recipe without meat)
Ingredients:
3 packages. yeast
01.03 C. hot water
2 cup soy milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 / 2 cup honey
6 ww C. 4 cup flour or meal more ww 2 C. white flower
1 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
1.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add milk, oil, salt and honey.
2.
Gradually add flour to make a soft dough. Stir in sunflower seeds. Turn board and knead well. Let rise until doubled.
3.
Hit and shape into two loaves. Let rise until doubled.
4.
Butter crust and bake at 375 F. (191 C.) for 45 minutes
