In Historic Armories – replicas of medieval weapons and Armor, we strive to provide the highest quality in our products. We produce carefully researched, historically exact replicas of medieval weapons, armor, and art. Our area is not only the Middle Ages, however, we have created pieces ranging from ancient Greek to the Renaissance. We also make costumes, accessories and furniture, and architectural ornaments. We have twenty-five years of experience in the production of weapons and armor, and have provided customers fordifferent pieces including several museums throughout Europe. We also offer rental items for television, film and magazines. If you have a specific request, we will gladly custom make any piece to suit your requirements.

A Historical Arms and Armor Institute, to educate and teach everything you need to know about period weapons and armor, what was done, how it works, what was its function when it was used, which used as armor and weapons, etc.

A new course for adults in the production of authentic weapons and armor have been initiated since 2007 by the Historical Arms Armor and the first institute of its kind in Europe. This course is spread over 3 years and are in the 3rd year now. Our students have learned to do Maille armor, shields, padded armor and other interesting pieces.

They have also learned a lot about weapons and armor in general and, of course, a comprehensive study of historical battles, war tactics and the role of siege weapons.

In a very short term future will be the introduction of historical re-enactments of all type, including a museum and library, near our factory.

Historical Arms and Armour Institute was established a few years ago by a group of dedicated men, who hold to their heart and have great concern towards our rich European culture, especially that of Malta, The Island of the Great Siege of 1565, the island where the era of the Knight was eased out., Amongst others Historical Arms and Armour Institute have Master craftsmen and Master armourers who have been producing functional authentic replicas of Arms and Armour for the past twenty-five years of experience in professional consultancy in all the stages required for manufacturing of Arms and Armour.
